    In December 2015, Iranian customers visited, inspected and compared many parties. After seeing our company's R&D and design capabilities, processing and manufacturing capabilities, etc., they highly recognized our company's comprehensive strength, and then signed a contract with our company for Ø1.2x1.4m ball mill, the cooperation between the two parties is very pleasant.

    Project Solution

    1) Before installation, the main components such as cylinder, gear, hollow shaft, reducer and other main components should be checked for quality. If there is any damage or deformation, it should be dealt with in advance.

    2) Before installation, the installed parts should be cleaned up. Parts with direction, such as step liner, screw cylinder, lifting plate, etc., must be installed according to the technical requirements, and must not be installed reversely.

    3) After the installation of the two main bearing chassis, the relative elevation must be checked, the error is less than 1.5 mm, and the feed end is not allowed to be lower than the discharge end. If the difference is 0.8 mm, their transverse centerlines must be parallel, and the tolerance for non-parallelism is 0.9 mm.

    4) The contact area of the large and small gears when meshing is not less than 60% along the tooth height and not less than 80% along the tooth width.

    5) When installing the lining plate, the gap between the lining plate and the lining plate is 5-10 mm. The bolts for fixing the lining plate should be carefully installed with sealing packing, washers, lock washers and nuts to prevent leakage of mineral powder and The liner is loose.
