    Project overview:

    Xinjiang Xieraili International Logistics Co., Ltd. is located in Urumqi, Xinjiang, and is mainly engaged in road general cargo transportation, import and export of goods and technology. The ball mill purchased this time is an air-swept ball mill, which is used for the preparation of coal powder required for the calcination of Portland cement clinker, and produces 12 tons of coal powder per hour. Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. is the only domestic designated manufacturer for Uzbekistan customers because of its complete equipment R&D and manufacturing capabilities. In August 2019, the two parties signed a purchase contract and completed the delivery in April 2020.



    Project Solution

    This time, we will supply one air-swept ball mill with an hourly output of 12 tons of pulverized coal. This project mainly adopts the following solutions to meet customer needs:

    1. Process selection. The air-swept coal mill system, which is popular in China, is selected for coal powder preparation. The pulverized coal is transported by wind and produced in a closed manner, which can avoid the leakage of coal powder and dust in other process systems, and reduce the risk of spontaneous combustion and explosion of leaked coal powder. Security risks.

    2. The grinding body is supported by rolling bearings, which saves 15% of electric energy compared with ordinary sliding bearings. Double-row self-aligning roller bearings are used at both ends to replace sliding bearings, thereby changing the original sliding friction into rolling friction, reducing friction and resistance, thereby saving power consumption and cost, and prolonging the service life.

    3. According to the customer's production capacity requirements, select the mill type for the customer; according to the raw coal particle size, moisture and fineness requirements of the pulverized coal, select the liner and grinding body for the customer, so that the grinding and crushing capabilities of the equipment can be reasonably matched. Before shipment, the lining boards are all installed.

    4. In order to avoid equipment safety accidents, the motor is an explosion-proof motor, and the large and small ring gears are equipped with protective covers to prevent coal powder from entering and damaging the equipment.
