Benefiting from a well-designed cylinder structure and sufficient 180-second material residence time, the machine enables thorough blending and shaping of gold ore powder and cement. The uniformly compact pellets ranging from 1 mm to 5 mm greatly enhance heap permeability, resolve common issues such as heap leaching blockage and insufficient leaching of fine powder, and significantly raise the gold leaching recovery rate.

The single unit maintains a stable throughput of 50 t/h and supports round-the-clock automated continuous operation without frequent malfunctions like material clogging or idle running, delivering robust mass production capacity. Its core components are made of wear-resistant and anti-corrosion materials to withstand harsh working conditions of mixed ore powder, resulting in low failure rates and long service life. Equipped with an optimized energy-saving transmission system, the equipment cuts operating power consumption and simplifies routine maintenance, slashing overall production and maintenance costs for overseas mining operations.
