1. Equipment Introduction

The model of the disc granulator of a company in Hubei is PQW1025. This product is used for granulation of phosphogypsum powder. Phosphogypsum powder is one of the solid wastes that needs to be treated most in China. At present, the relatively mature treatment process is to first make phosphogypsum powder into particles of a certain size, and the most suitable equipment for phosphogypsum granulation has been verified by tests and market users. 2. Working Principle

The cycloidal pinwheel deceleration motor directly drives the disc body to rotate; the raw meal powder is mixed evenly by pre-adding water, and then fed into the disc. With the rotation of the disc, the raw meal powder gradually forms a spherical shape by rolling in the disc body, and is discharged out of the disc after reaching a predetermined diameter. In addition, it is transported to the next process.

3. Equipment Advantages

The disc ball forming machine is composed of a disc body, a cycloidal pinwheel reducer motor, a frame, a scraper device, etc. Its structural features are:

3.1 The material of the disc body and scraper should meet the requirements of Q235B in GB/T700; the thickness of the bottom steel plate is 8mm, and the wall thickness is 5mm. The bottom of the disc is reinforced with multiple radiating steel plates, which have high strength and rigidity.

3.2 The frame is welded by channel steel and steel plate, and after the welding is completed, the main matching surfaces are processed in an integrated manner, which effectively ensures the matching accuracy of the whole machine and improves its operation reliability.

3.3 An electric scraper device is arranged above the disc body, which can efficiently clean the inner wall of the disc body and improve the productivity.

3.4 The rack is equipped with an inclination adjustment device, which can easily adjust the inclination of the disc body and is convenient for ball testing.
