    Project overview:

    Indonesia Coal Company is one of the country's three largest coal suppliers, with an annual production capacity of 55 million tons. In November 2013, the company ordered Henan Zhengzhou Machinery Co., Ltd. rotary pulverized coal burner and pulverized coal machine, centrifugal blower, fuel igniter and other supporting equipment due to the demand for boiler coal. At the end of 2013, when the equipment arrived by shipping, Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. arranged a technical engineer to guide the installation and commissioning. The project was completed and put into production successfully.


    Project Solution

    The raw coal with the original particle size less than 25mm is fed into the pulverized coal machine to make pulverized coal, and then sent to the rotary pulverized coal burner. The centrifugal blower at the tail of the burner blows the air required for combustion in tangential and radial directions. After the fuel igniter is ignited, the pulverized coal and the primary air are mixed and burned according to a certain ratio, speed and mixing method, and meet the agreed requirements:

    (1) Ensure full mixing, timely ignition, stable combustion and burnout;

    (2) The flame is well filled in the furnace and does not rush against the wall to avoid slagging;

    (3) Good fuel adaptability and load adjustment range;

    (4) It can reduce the generation of NOX and reduce the pollution to the environment;

    (5) The structure is simple and the flow resistance is small.

    (6) Good sealing effect, convenient installation and maintenance.
