1. Project Overview:
In November 2025, we received an inquiry from a Portuguese trading company regarding a 5-meter diameter disc granulatorr. The end-user is a Brazilian steel company, and the equipment is intended for pelletizing iron ore concentrate with an hourly capacity of approximately 30 tons. Following more than a month of in-depth technical discussions—and based on their recognition of our manufacturing capabilities and track record with large-scale disc granulators—the client quickly finalized the contract.
2. Solution:
As the end-user is a steel company with practical operational experience, they specified the exact model of disc granulatorr required. Our engineer provided professional technical explanations based on the specified model and material characteristics, earning the client's approval. The equipment has been completed and shipped smoothly. We will continue to follow up with customer on their usage of the equipment to ensure their safe and smooth use.
