It is mainly used in the construction ceramsite industry. It features high output, high pelletizing rate, compact structure, and low maintenance costs.

2. Working Principle

The motor drives a reducer, which in turn drives the fixed and movable rollers to rotate synchronously via chain transmission. Clay ore falls into the double roller granulator from the feed chute, is extruded and granulated by the two rollers, and then discharged from the outlet.
