    Project overview:

    In March 2012, Jinshi Magnesium started bidding for the rotary kiln calcination system, pulverized coal preparation system, and grinding and ball making system equipment for the whole country, and invited thirteen major domestic equipment manufacturers to participate in the bidding. The owner has conducted extensive comparative investigations many times, and determined that Henan Zhengkuang Machinery is the supplier of the three major systems and equipment. And signed the equipment supply contract on July 9, 2012.


    After the contract comes into effect, our company sets up a project headquarters, strictly implements the 4S management system, strictly abides by the product enterprise technical standards in production and quality inspection, and reports the equipment production progress to the owner in a timely manner. There is a project manager at the equipment installation site, and the on-site project manager communicates with the owner's engineering department in a timely manner to solve various problems existing in the construction process of the project site.


    After the close cooperation and active promotion of both parties, in September 2013, the installation and commissioning of the system equipment was completed and the acceptance was qualified, and the production and production standards were successfully reached.
