Tibet
Project Background
Tibet is endowed with abundant magnesium resources. To promote efficient resource utilization and regional economic development, a project with an annual output of 200,000 tons of high-quality, highly active light-burned magnesium oxide has been launched. The project will be implemented in two phases, with the first phase focusing on the construction of a production capacity of 60,000 tons, aiming to establish an environmentally friendly and technologically advanced production base to meet market demand for high-quality light-burned magnesium oxide.
Project Objectives
Quality Objective: Strictly adhere to industry standards to produce highly active and high-purity light-burned magnesium oxide, enhancing the product's market competitiveness.
Environmental Objective: Adopt clean production processes to reduce energy consumption and emissions, achieving green and sustainable development.
Economic Objective: Through project operations, generate economic benefits for the enterprise while driving local industrial upgrading and employment growth.
I. Preparatory Work Resource
Evaluation: Conducted comprehensive surveys on magnesium ore distribution in Chamdo City, performing precise assessments of reserves, ore grades, and mining conditions to provide stable raw material supply for the project.
Technology Selection: Partnered with specialized research institutions to identify advanced and mature light-burned magnesium oxide production technologies based on local raw material characteristics, ensuring both process feasibility and product quality.
Planning and Design: Completed factory layout and design plans according to local terrain and production requirements, rationally arranging functional areas including production, storage, and administration.
Approvals and Compliance: Proactively communicated with government departments to complete all necessary approvals including project establishment, environmental impact assessment, and energy consumption evaluation, ensuring fully compliant project advancement.
II. Construction Phase Civil Engineering: Carried out infrastructure construction including workshops and warehouses in strict compliance with design standards, rigorously controlling both engineering quality and construction progress.
Equipment Procurement and Installation: Selected high-quality production equipment worldwide covering key processes such as crushing, grinding, and calcination, with professional teams responsible for installation and commissioning to ensure precise and efficient equipment operation. Personnel Recruitment and Training: Hired local employees and conducted systematic training covering production operations, quality control, and safety management to enhance staff professionalism.
III. Production Operations
Trial Production: Initiated trial operations after completing construction and equipment debugging. Technical personnel closely monitored production data to optimize process parameters, ensuring stable production line performance.
Quality Management: Established a strict quality inspection system with full-process control from raw material intake to finished product delivery. Equipped with specialized testing equipment to conduct precise measurements of product activity, purity, and other key indicators.
Market Expansion: Actively participated in industry exhibitions, strengthened customer communications, and established sales channels. Leveraging product advantages, reached cooperative intentions with multiple enterprises to gradually develop the market.
The successful operation of Phase I has laid a solid foundation for Phase II. Going forward, the enterprise will accelerate Phase II construction to expand capacity to 200,000 tons, continuously optimize production processes, improve product quality, and further expand market share. Simultaneously, R&D investment will be increased to explore new product applications, aiming to establish Chamdo City as a nationally significant light-burned magnesium oxide production base and make greater contributions to local economic development.
