2. Working principle

The pulley and the belt are driven by the main motor, and the pinion is driven through the reducer. The pinion and the large gear fixed at the bottom of the plate mesh with each other and work in opposite directions. The large gear is specially designed and installed on the main shaft fixed on the adjusting plate of the frame to support the work of the entire granulation plate (this machine is used together with the sprayer). After the material enters the granulation plate, it is granulated The continuous rotation of the disc and the spraying device make the materials evenly stick together to form spherical particles. An automatic material cleaning device is designed on the middle and upper part of the granulation plate of the machine to prevent the material from sticking to the wall, thus greatly improving the service life of the machine.
