1. General Information

Recently, Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., LTD (hereinafter referred to as ZK) successfully manufactured and shipped two custom-made 2PG(C) 500×820 twin-roll crushers to a Russian customer. The equipment includes one toothed roll crusher and one smooth roll crusher. The crusher shafts were manufactured using the ribbed shaft technology, meeting the customer's specific production requirements.

2. Customer Needs and Equipment Requirements

The Russian customer's production line previously used twin-roll crushers, which, due to wear, had become unstable, negatively impacting the production process. To ensure full compatibility with the existing line, the customer required the equipment's installation dimensions to be identical to the old crushers. Therefore, ZK designed and manufactured custom crushers, fully adapted to the customer's requirements. 3. Reason for Cooperation

This is not the customer's first contact with ZK. Two years ago, company representatives visited China and toured ZK's production facilities. During the visit, they highly praised the company's modern machinery, strict quality control system, and well-established after-sales service. Upon returning, the customer continued to monitor the developments of Chinese crushing equipment manufacturers and, after comparing offers for six months, chose ZK.

The two twin-roll crushers supplied not only fully meet the required installation dimensions but also feature customized design solutions.
