Daily inspection and maintenance

1. During production, attention should be paid to preventing the temperature at the bearing base of the ash tube on the transmission shaft from being too high (less than 200 ℃), otherwise it will burn out the bearings and cause transmission failure. (The monitored ash discharge temperature shall not exceed 160 ℃).

2. The transmission part should be inspected once a shift, the speed regulating motor should be cleaned of accumulated dust every six months, and the triangular tape should be replaced every six months.

3. Change the rotation direction of the tray unloader once a week.

4. Check the knife holder and scraper plate once a month.

5. Clean up the dust around the tray unloader once a quarter and carefully inspect the condition of the equipment inside the furnace.

6. Every 60 hours of equipment rotation, lubricating oil needs to be added to the oil filling port, and lubricating oil needs to be added to the ring gear meshing and horizontal bearing every six months.

7. The lubricating oil pipes and joints of the equipment should be inspected once a year. If blockages are found, they should be repaired or replaced to ensure smooth oil flow.

II. Fault Symptoms and Analysis

1. The motor speed remains unchanged while the ash output decreases:

⑴ Loosening of triangular tape;

⑵ Move the small knife holder backwards (partially);

⑶ Governor failure;

⑷ The scraper plate is not adjusted properly;

⑸ The feeding port of the tray unloader is stuck or the foundation of the umbrella gear transmission shaft is loose.

2. The material surface inside the furnace is tilted (quite severe):

⑴ The small knife holder moves backwards or the fixed pivot point becomes loose.

3. Sudden increase in motor current:

⑴ The tray unloader is stuck by foreign objects;

⑵ If the quality of the motor itself or the supply voltage is too high, promptly address the situation.

4. Motor loss of control:

⑴ Control failure;

⑵ Caused by dust accumulation inside the motor.

5. The gap between the tray unloader plate and the scraper plate becomes smaller or collides:

⑴ The high temperature of ash discharge causes thermal deformation and stretching of the cone bucket;

⑵ The detachment bolt of the small knife holder is loose;
