The working principle of the equipment: the powder fed into the inclined disc from the feeding pipe will bond with the droplets sprayed by the material liquid sprayer to form small particle groups. Gravity and centrifugal force generated during the rotation of the inclined disc make the small particle group continuously roll and adhere to the lower edge of the disc, making the particles continue to grow larger. At the same time, under the action of the frictional force at the bottom of the disc, the particles move up with the disc. When reaching the scraper, the granulated powder passes through the gap between the scraper and the disc, while some particles follow the direction of the scraper. Scroll to the edge of the disc, continue to roll the adhesive powder, and after several cycles from small to large, finished particles will overflow along the edge of the disc.
