Stored in the yard, quicklime with a particle size of 80mm is fed into the receiving hopper by a loader. A rod valve (1.01) is installed under the receiving hopper, mainly used for subsequent equipment maintenance; There is a vibrating feeder (1.02) under the rod valve, which evenly feeds the quicklime into the ring hammer crusher (1.03). In the crusher, 80mm of quicklime is crushed to below 30mm, and below 30mm is slid into the bucket elevator (1.04) through the crusher grate. The bucket elevator sends the quicklime below 30mm to the raw material storage bin; The cache warehouse is equipped with high and low material levels, which can determine whether the materials in the warehouse are full or empty based on the level meter alarm;

The bottom of the cache compartment is equipped with a rod valve (1.05), which has the same function as 1.03 and is used for equipment maintenance. A belt scale (1.06) is installed under the valve, which has a quantitative feeding function and can adjust the feeding amount in a timely manner according to production needs, achieving accurate measurement of quicklime; The measured quicklime is uniformly and continuously fed into the first stage hydrators (1.07), and reacts fully with the water measured by the flow meter in the first stage hydrators. After continuous stirring, the material enters the second stage hydrators (1.08), where the quicklime and water are further thoroughly stirred. After two-stage digestion, the lime digestion is completely completed. A dust collector (1.09) is installed above the second stage hydrators to timely extract the high humidity gas generated during the digestion process. The extracted flue gas temperature is about 80-90 . In order to accelerate the digestion reaction speed, the extracted hot flue gas is passed into the conversion hot water tank, and a spray water pump (1.19) is installed at the bottom of the conversion hot water tank to spray the hot water tank. The internal water is extracted and sprayed with hot flue gas through pipes and nozzles for heat exchange. The flue gas after heat exchange is discharged through a fan (1.09-1), Hot water circulates in the water tank, and through the continuous reciprocating process described above, the hot water in the tank stabilizes at around 60 . It is then pumped into the first stage hydrators through the digestion water pump (1.18);

The hydrated lime powder from the secondary hydrators is sent into the powder selection machine (1.12) through the set screw conveyor (1.10) and bucket elevator (1.11). The hydrated lime is divided into two different fineness levels under the rotation of the powder selection machine rotor and the suction effect of the fan. The fine material of 200 mesh (or 325 mesh adjustable) is sent into the bucket elevator (1.14) through the screw conveyor (1.13), and then sent into the finished product warehouse through the bucket elevator. The warehouse top is equipped with a dust collector (1.15), and the coarse material of 200 mesh in the powder selection machine slides into ton bags or other containers through the chute for regular cleaning;

There is a double mouth packaging machine under the finished product warehouse, which packages hydrated lime into 25kg/bag.
