This company is invested by China Datang Corporation, Beijing Energy Investment Co., Ltd. and Inner Mongolia MengDian HuaNeng Thermal Power Corporation Ltd. The power made by this company will satisfy the demand of Beijing and it is national key construction project and is also key project of Chinese west development & west-east power transmission.

The rotary kiln, cooling, drying, conveying equipments of this company are all supplied by Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. This improve the process of digital, environmental, efficiency in dealing with power.
