    Project Overview

    A coal company introduced a PCH0604 ring hammer crusher to improve raw coal crushing efficiency. This equipment can handle feed sizes up to 100mm, output sizes less than 30mm, has a production capacity of 15-30t/h, a motor power of 15kW, and a spindle speed of 980r/min.

    Project Solution

    To address the problem of high moisture content in raw coal leading to clogging, the screen plate was optimized with the use of new wear-resistant and anti-clogging materials. The number and area of ventilation holes were increased to improve material permeability, effectively solving the problem of wet coal processing and ensuring stable operation and efficient production of the equipment.
