    Project Overview

    Pilot Line Description: Zhengzhou Mining Machinery, as requested by the design institute and the project owner, designed and manufactured a pilot line for fracturing proppants with a production capacity of 100kg/h. The system includes batching, mixing, granulation, calcination, and cooling processes, with calcination temperatures reaching up to 1500°C.

    Main Equipment Models: ZKL12 pan-type granulator, Y0808 rotary kiln, and φ0.4×2m cooler.

    Project Solution

    During the initial design phase, our company's commercial and technical teams engaged in extensive communication with the design institute and the project owner. Leveraging our extensive experience from numerous pilot line projects, we optimized the solution by building on strengths and avoiding weaknesses, ultimately finalizing the design scheme. 

    1. Compact and lightweight equipment with minimal space occupation, featuring an integrated frame for convenient shipment, installation, and commissioning. 

    2. Wide material applicability, supporting calcination temperatures up to 1500°C, suitable for various experimental studies with different raw materials and formulations. 

    3. Adjustable parameters, including variable rotation speed, tilt angle, temperature, and feed rate. 

    4. Safe and controllable operation, equipped with a complete combustion system, pressure relief valves, flow meters, and other safety valves. 

    5. Precise data acquisition, featuring wireless kiln temperature monitoring and real-time temperature curve control.
