Project Description:
The customer uses a kind of powdered material and liquid phosphoric acid which can be melted in the furnace. The larger the proportion of acid solution required in the granulation process, the better. The customer brings the raw materials and acid solution to the company and uses the experimental equipment to granulate. The pelletizing speed is very high and fast, to meet customer requirements, the customer signs the equipment purchase contract on the spot, and replicates the design of the site layout in the factory workshop according to the layout of the ball disk system of the company laboratory.
Project Parameters:
The customer uses Ø 2.5m dis granulator for granulation, with an output of 2-3 tons per hour, the ratio of dry powder to acid solution is 1:1.3, and the pellet size is 3-5mm.
