Product Introduction:
The free moisture content in gypsum is 20-25%, which seriously affects its application and processing in the fields of environmental protection, chemical industry, building materials and other fields. Gypsum drying aims to reduce or remove free moisture in phosphogypsum. Our company's gypsum dryer products have 14 specifications and models according to the size of the cylinder, ranging from Ø1.2×12m to Ø4.2×42m, the cylinder speed is 2.09-5r/min, and the supporting main motor power is 11-400KW. It can dry 2-46 tons of materials per hour.

Working Principle:
The barrel of the rotary dryer is arranged with a certain slope from the horizontal. The material enters the cylinder from the feeding port, is lifted up by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cylinder and the action of the internal device, and fully exchanges heat with the hot air, so that the temperature of the material continues to rise, and the water is continuously evaporated, which meets the requirements of moisture. The required material is discharged from the discharge device, and the gas with water vapor is drawn out, thus completing the entire material drying process.
