Project Introduction:

This project mainly provides the manufacture of ball mills, belt conveyors, bucket elevators, dust collectors, vibrating screens and other equipment for the grinding system, and provides technical services for equipment design and manufacture of the grinding system of this project.

Main Equipment Introduction

1. Dry ball mill

① It has many advantages such as high work efficiency, low operating cost, stable mechanical performance, smooth transmission, high emptyability, low product loss, easy replacement of wearing parts, and low maintenance cost.

② Equipped with bearing temperature measurement, safe and reliable.

③ A cylindrical screen with beating function is installed at the outlet of the ball mill, which saves a linear vibrating screen and saves investment compared with the traditional scheme.

④ The outlet of the ball mill is equipped with a dust cover, which can greatly reduce dust.

 

2. TD type belt elevator

① With large conveying capacity and high lifting height

② stable and reliable operation, long service life, etc.

③ The size of the cross section is small, which can make the conveying system compact

④ The traction part adopts high-strength rubber conveyor belt, which has high tensile strength and long service life

⑤ The whole machine is simple in structure, easy to install, easy to adjust, repair and maintain.
