Working conditions: The rotary kiln-second combustion chamber is used for incineration of hazardous wastes, including liquid, solid and semi-solid substances. The daily treatment of hazardous waste (solid waste + waste liquid) is 50t/h (load variation range: 70%-120%). The hourly processing capacity is 2083kg/h. Among them, the daily treatment of rotary kiln (solid liquid + low calorific value waste liquid) is 45t, and the hourly treatment capacity is: 1850kg/h. The second combustion chamber treats 5t of high calorific value waste liquid, and the hourly processing capacity is: 208kg/h.


The project adopts rotary kiln incineration to treat hazardous waste, and adopts secondary combustion chamber as flue gas re-incineration equipment. The solid waste and waste liquid are fed into the kiln through the feeding device. Since the rotary kiln cylinder rotates slowly in an inclined state, the waste rotates with the cylinder body and moves from the high end to the axial direction of the cylinder body at the same time. The kiln head moves; the fuel is injected into the kiln through the burner for combustion, and the waste is discharged from the discharge end after drying, pyrolysis, incineration and cooling; the flue gas containing dioxin and other harmful gases enters the secondary combustion chamber , at a high temperature of 1100 ° C, stay for more than 2 seconds, so that harmful gases such as dioxin can be completely decomposed, and then further purification treatment; an emergency discharge chimney is set above the secondary combustion chamber, when abnormal conditions occur in the secondary combustion chamber, The valve can be opened automatically to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.


Main equipment in the project:

The inner diameter of the rotary kiln cylinder is φ3600mm and the length is 14000mm. The tilt angle is 1.5 degrees. Driven by the transmission device: the main motor (frequency conversion), the main reducer, and the gear ring gear. The rotary kiln is equipped with auxiliary motor and auxiliary reducer for maintenance. The kiln head cover, the kiln head and the cylinder body sealing device, the kiln tail and the cyclone dust collector inlet sealing device and the supporting roller device, etc., are sealed with fish scales and labyrinth seals.
