The separator adopts the principle of air flow separation. The air volume generated by the fan circulates in the pipeline to drive the metal powder into the classifier. Because the ash is lighter than the metal powder, the ash is blown into the storage room and the metal powder falls into the vibrating screen for fineness classification. Since the fine aluminum powder is difficult to oxidize when smelting aluminum, it reduces the output.
