During the movement of the ball, the atomized water sprayed from the atomizing nozzle moistens the surface of the nozzle, and the raw material powder adheres to the surface of the wet ball, and gradually condenses, spheroidizes, and grows. In order to fully drop and roll the material without sticking to the inner wall of the cylinder, a scraper device is provided inside the cylinder. What are the structural characteristics of the drum granulator?

1. Transmission device

The transmission device consists of a variable frequency motor, a reducer, a large gear, a small gear, and a coupling. The variable frequency motor is connected to the reducer through a coupling. A small gear is installed on the output shaft of the reducer. The small gear meshes with the large gear installed on the cylinder, thereby driving the cylinder to rotate.

2. Cylinder part

The cylinder body part is composed of a cylinder body, a wheel belt, a wheel belt, a large gear device, etc. Due to the particularity of molecular sieve materials, the cylinder material is made of 304 stainless steel. The wheel belt and the wheel belt are set on the cylinder body. The large gear device is connected to the cylinder body through the flange ring on the outside of the cylinder body. In order to facilitate the installation of the large ring gear, the large ring gear is composed of two half ring gears. A positioning pin is provided on the joint surface of the half ring gear. 3. Rack device

There is a worm gear screw elevator at one end of the frame device, which is connected to the frame device through a hinge. By adjusting the height of the elevator, the inclination angle of the frame can be changed to meet the needs of producing different molecular sieve particle sizes.

The frame device is equipped with a supporting wheel support device, a wheel blocking device, a transmission device, etc. The supporting wheel support device plays the role of supporting the cylinder and consists of a supporting wheel, a supporting wheel shaft, a bearing seat, etc. Since the cylinder is installed obliquely on the supporting wheel, the wheel blocking device can limit the axial displacement of the cylinder.

The spiral cloth device, scraper device, rake device and water distributor device are installed inside the cylinder.

4. Spiral cloth device

The spiral distribution device is driven by a variable frequency motor, which can adjust the motor speed to increase or decrease the feeding amount of molecular sieve powder according to the balling situation of the materials in the cylinder. There is a distribution device in the lower part of the spiral groove body in the cylinder. The distribution motor drives the distribution plate to reciprocate, so that the materials in the spiral groove can evenly fall into the cylinder.

In addition, the tank body is equipped with inspection holes, overflow holes, and material level gauges. The high and low material level gauges can control the amount of material in the spiral tank body to avoid equipment damage caused by excessive material in the tank body. Overflow hole, when the material level meter fails, the material can be forced to be discharged through the overflow hole to avoid damage to the equipment.

5. Scraping device

It consists of scraper, scraper seat, scraper frame, spindle, bearing seat, cylinder, etc. During the pelletizing process of the molecular sieve, in order to meet the strength requirements of the molecular sieve particles, a binder needs to be added, causing the molecular sieve raw materials to easily adhere to the inside of the cylinder, and the scraper device can remove the material adhered to the inside of the cylinder. Driven by the cylinder, the main shaft can drive the scraper to rotate at a certain angle, so that the scraper contacts the inner wall of the cylinder. As the cylinder rotates, the material stuck to the inside of the cylinder is removed.
