The boiling furnace is a vertical straight container with a gas distribution plate at the bottom. During operation, the air flow enters the bed evenly from the bottom. The medium in the pipes is saturated steam or heat transfer oil, and gypsum particles enter After the furnace, it is in a fluid state when heated, and at the same time, the heat is transferred to the fluidized gypsum powder outside the tube through the tube wall, so that it is boiled, dehydrated and decomposed.
