    Project Name

Anhui Fuyang 100 T/D Hazardous Waste Incineration Project

    Capacity

    100 T/D

    Location

    Anhui, China

    Project Overview

A Shanghai environmental protection company specializes in hazardous waste treatment, disposal, and resource utilization. In 2020, it contracted a 100-ton daily hazardous waste incineration project in Fuyang, Anhui Province, aiming to achieve harmless disposal of hazardous waste. Given Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery's strong technical capabilities and excellent industry reputation, the two companies once again collaborated. The design and manufacture of the rotary kiln and secondary combustion chamber equipment for the project were again undertaken by Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. The purchase contract was signed in April, and the equipment was installed and put into operation in September.

The hazardous waste incineration process involves water evaporation, volatile analysis, ignition, and combustion within the rotary kiln. The ash is discharged from the bottom of the secondary combustion chamber, and the resulting flue gas enters the secondary combustion chamber, where it mixes with the secondary combustion air and is heated to over 1100°C for over two seconds, completely decomposing dioxins.

    Project Solution

The equipment supplied this time consists of a φ4.2 x 16m rotary kiln and a φ5.4 x 18m secondary combustion chamber, addressing the customer's needs with the following solutions.

    1. Ensuring no harmful gas leakage: The system features excellent sealing measures and a high furnace negative pressure.

    2. Easy operation and maintenance: The equipment boasts a high operating rate, typically reaching approximately 90% annually.

    3. Equipped with a secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas is heated to over 1100°C and remains in the chamber for over 2 seconds, completely decomposing and removing dioxins.

    4. This incineration technology not only meets all environmental requirements for harmless treatment of hazardous waste (medical waste), but is also currently the recommended technology for hazardous waste disposal in my country.

    5. It offers a wide range of applications, strong material adaptability, high processing capacity, and strong resistance to moisture content fluctuations. The furnace's high heat load ensures complete material combustion, making it capable of completely incinerating large quantities of hazardous waste, even with minor fluctuations in calorific value and moisture content.
